Katsu-karē + Miso soup

Cooked a meal @ Mr Oo’s place. Its been almost 1/2 yr since i cooked. As Sundays i had to attend class thus dun really have the energy to do cooking. Had bought the curry ’sauce’ 2wks back & actually wanna cook but juz pure lazy. Yesterday i finally did it. With the help from Grace + her mummy, i manage to get the right part of the pork *hurhur* and the procedure thru here. Actually not difficult & can be fixed in 2 hrs. Here it is. *tatara*

Here’s a tree decorated by Me with the help of the Technician & gardeners.. Its a quiet x’mas for me this yr.. Hows yours?

(flu + cough + sore throat = sick) Last nite juz caught a flu out of nowhere and had difficulity when studying. I nearly finished 2 pkts of toilet rolls tissues & almost blew my nose off.. This morning woke up & found myself down with even worst flu & phlegm. Went to see a doc after reaching work place (since i can claim from Co. might as well) Hopefully i’ll be better tml. Feeling so awful now..

 This invention isn’t a bad idea. rite?

Its really disappointing when trust is being misused. When people already prepared to forgive if the issue is being admit BUT nothing was done till major verdict was announced. The same mistake was done despite that fact that it was a lesson learnt from others. Hope there’s a better explaination for it.

Another holiday.. A celebration which me & my colleagues will be worry about. Every yr at least sth may go wrong on this day of celebration at my work place. Its either residents burnt the bin down @ the bin chute or had a incident of resident had his room burnt. *Headache* Hopefully nth will go wrong this time.. *worried*

Yesterday Mr Oo celebrated my Birthday in very early advance for me. Took leave for the day. Went to had set lunch @ North Border Bar & Grill located at 2 Rochester.  So happy cuz i’ve been wanting to go there. Then to KTV & follow by he brought me to sit the cable car (which i din even thought that he will bring me) lol~ Initally he wanted to had dinner in there but the lunch made us feel so full even we ate early & i feel that its so ex lor.. Was a pleasent evening sitting in the car but its a little warm in there that’s all.. After reaching back to Mount Faber, the place starts to spray out soap forms snow. So both of us took a X’mas pic in advance.. ha~

By the way, my wish-list is up. *smile*

Woohoo.. Happie 21st Birthday..

One of my tallest, dearest cousin. Reason as our age is the nearest. The only cousin that i’ve been out with for shopping and clubbing. Moreover we are staying damm close to each other.. *hurhur* And now you are a yr older. So happy for you. *hugs*

The Cousins

This stall sells nice fish soup (my opinion) Everytime during lunch hours, u’ll get to see the queue. If u dun mind waiting for half hour which i consider it the fastest during peak hour then go ahead to eat. Unlike the normal fish soup stall, they use tomatoes, beancurd, bittergourd, they uses cabbages (lots of it) though they also have bittergourd (by request). Then u can start to mixed the meat, like fresh fish with fried fish, with pork, meatballs, fishballs, or u can have mixed pig’s organ soup. For me, i think the soup taste nice as they added ‘wine’ which i think is the ’shao xin jiu’  in to enhance the taste. I’m not to sure if they had add MSG in the soup as i dun feel thirsty after eating. You can have either rice / mee sua / bee hoon / yee mee to go with the soup.

The aunt there selling may sound a little fierce if you do not order properly.
